FAQ
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
We are a pop up studio which means we can set up virtually anywhere. We set up on location or in the comfort of your home. First 50 miles from our location are free and included with your booked session. If you require us to travel outside a 50 miles roundtrip radius each additional mile will be charged at .75 per mile. We travel state and nationwide. International travels can be arranged as well.
Does your Photography Rate includes Retouching?
No it does not, our photographic rate only includes basic global photo adjustments. Retouching is charged at $20 per image. We offer High End retouching which is a very tedious and time consuming process and it is offered as an add on to our photographic services on a per image basis. Do you require a Retainer/ Deposit?
Yes. Once a date is agreed upon, your appointment is not secured until a 25% retainer has been paid. You have the option to pay your session in full at time of booking or pay the retainer to secure your date and pay the remainder balance on the day of your shoot. Does not include wedding packages. Wedding Package Investments are due 30 days before wedding date.
How long does it take to receive the photos
Standard sessions photos are returned via a private online link 3 weeks after session date. Wedding and Event Photos are returned within 60 days of date of service. Additonal products such as canvas, prints, etc are returned with one month of selection made.
Do you have a preferred Vendor list
Yes. We have worked with other photographers, videographers, make-up artist, hairstylist, officiants, DJs, and venues that cater to all your needs. We can contract them, or you can reach out to them and book them for your needs.
